Spotted an error in the table, have a question about how standings are worked out, or want to suggest a feature? We read every message.
We usually reply within two working days. During the IPL season, data corrections are our top priority and are typically checked the same day.
Reporting a data error
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- The season and the page where you saw the problem (a link is perfect).
- The team and match involved.
- What the figure shows on our site and what you believe it should be, ideally with a link to the official scorecard.
Before you write
- Net run rate looks wrong? NRR treats a team that is bowled out as having faced its full 20 overs, which often explains differences from a quick manual calculation. Our NRR guide on each season page walks through the formula.
- Table not updated yet? Standings refresh automatically a few minutes after the final ball. A rain-affected or abandoned match can take a little longer while the official result is confirmed.
- Tickets, team selection or player queries? We are an independent site and can’t help with these. Please contact the BCCI, the IPL or the relevant franchise directly.
